Every month at The Miller TailSpin presents a dazzling array of storytellers in full spin and musicians in full swing. Join us for NIGHT OF THE STORYTELLER - a pulse-quickening, funny-bone-tickling, imagination-prickling evening of entertainment.

Hidden in the backstreets of Borough The Miller is home to an eclectic mix of art collectives and event promoters. With an excellent selection of beers, wines, ciders and cocktails, they've also teamed up with award-winning Street Kitchen to serve delicious hot dogs, salads and slaws.

SPREADING THE FINGERS - with CAT GERRARD and BELINDA SHERLOCK. In November 2012 Cat Gerrard began a journey across America, by bicycle. She soon learned that 2767 miles is not just a journey on a map: it's a journey into our own depths. Travelling across swamp and desert, stretched out and blown about by forces outside and in, she discovered how to stay still at full tilt. Join her and cyclist/percussionist Belinda Sherlock as they interclash and rhythmically mash storytelling and percussion, using only their voices, bodies and a bicycle.

A plethora of Medieval and Renaissance stories from Italy present us with knaves, knives and bundles of laundry; enchanted palaces and underground palaces and underground bunkers full of gold; unhappy partings and joyful reunions.

Debs Newbold and Laurel Swift bring a defiantly 21st Century attitude to an ancient sea-tale, in a pioneering new work of performance storytelling. Under Her Skin fuses Debs Newbold's highly acclaimed and charismatic storytelling voice with the double bass, fiddle and clog dynamism of Laurel Swift. An epic tale, a modern twist, two voices, four feet and eight strings. Under Her Skin is stand-up storytelling and then some.

Thereafter followed the rest: Mother or Father tongue, Urban or Rural, Him or Her, Here or There? Excuse me, but you'd better define yourself!
